Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a mixed patient population.
• Perform 60-minute evaluations and 40-minute follow-up treatments.
• Ensure no double booking or overlapping of patients occurs.
• Focus on care delivery without scheduling or insurance operations involvement.
• Maintain productivity goals with evaluations weighted by complexity.
• Utilize NetHealth/Redoc EMR system effectively.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the State of North Carolina.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Knowledge and proficiency with EMR systems, specifically NetHealth/Redoc.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple patients effectively.
• Commitment to ethical practices and delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an on-site manager and healthcare team.
