Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide total care for ICU patients, including ventilators and titratable drips.
Float to ER and Med Surg departments as required.
Ensure smooth shift transitions and effective communication with healthcare teams.
Maintain hygiene care for patients and support their overall well-being.
Collaborate on treatment plans and adhere to established protocols.
Document patient observations and interventions accurately.

Qualifications

2+ years of ICU experience required.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Experience with ER and Med Surg departments is essential.
Competence in operating ventilators and administering titratable drips.
TNCC certification preferred.
Fingerprinting requirement for New Mexico compliance.
