Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a variety of units, including MedSurg, Telemetry, and specialized units such as Cardiac, Neuro, and Oncology.
• Float throughout Zone 4 facilities, maintaining flexibility with assignments.
• Perform patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and maintain individualized care plans.
• Utilize EPIC for charting and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support charge nurse with unit operations and assist with shift assignments and floating requirements.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg / Tele experience in the last 3 years.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC and Alaris systems preferred.
• Ability to work in high acuity settings, including ICU and PCU/Stepdown as needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
