Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform specialized imaging procedures using GE equipment in a Cath Lab setting.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures with a 1:1 patient ratio.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs and techs.
- Ensure accurate documentation in EMR systems, Meditech and MacLab.
- Participate in frequent on-call rotations and adapt to unit needs.
- Contribute to a team-oriented and patient-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT certifications required.
- Proven competence in Special Procedures with GE Innova equipment.
- Preferred qualification: RCIS certification.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the department.
