Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Electrophysiology (EP) Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Assist with preoperative and postoperative care in the EP lab.
Collaborate with the medical team in performing EP procedures such as ablations and device implants.
Monitor patient vitals and manage complications during procedures.
Maintain and operate specialized equipment such as mapping systems.
Document patient information accurately in the EMR system.
Foster a team-oriented environment and demonstrate flexibility with case fluctuations.

Qualifications

Current RN license in Texas or compact state license.
Minimum one year of experience in cath lab, EP lab, interventional radiology, or OR.
Prior experience with EP labs preferred.
Proficiency with Biosense Webster, Abbott, and Medtronic systems.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment.
