Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive wound care and education to patients with chronic non-healing or slow healing wounds.
- Utilize EPIC charting to document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver ostomy services including marking, education, and follow-up care.
- Implement therapies such as negative pressure wound therapy and compression therapy.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies including substance-free work environment regulations.
- Participate in professional development and maintain certifications necessary for the role.
Qualifications
- BLS certification required; WTA certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted.
- Experience with wound vac therapy is essential.
- Proficiency in EPIC charting systems is mandatory.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize patient care efficiently.
- Completion of NICOTINE FREE compliance as per facility requirements.
