Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Trauma ICU unit.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Titrate intravenous medications including vasopressors and sedation.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data without tech support.
Ensure compliance with infection control standards and facility policies.
Engage in real-time problem-solving and troubleshooting of ventilatory equipment.

Qualifications

Active RN license with no restrictions.
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Minimum of 1 year ICU experience; not accepting first-time travelers.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Compliance with radius rule of 50 miles from facility and no concurrent employment with CommonSpirit Health affiliates.
Successful completion of unit-specific skills assessment exam with 90% or higher.
