Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care in a 11-bed trauma unit.
• Manage patient flow efficiently, triaging and providing direct bedside care.
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols including ER holds management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including in-house security and RT.
• Utilize MEDITECH for accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain shift schedules, including working every other weekend and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Minimum 2-3 years of emergency nursing experience required.
• Proficiency with MEDITECH electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to work independently and think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to adhere to the navy blue scrub dress code.
