Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech - Radiology/Imaging to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer nuclear medicine procedures and analyze results to diagnose disease.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data integrity in EPIC charting system.
- Adhere to radiation safety procedures, using provided badges to monitor exposure.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide patient care information and communicate effectively with staff.
- Participate in training for Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and E.CAM equipment.
Qualifications
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB Certificate required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
- Previous PET experience required.
- Must comply with facility’s artificial nails prohibition policy in patient care settings.
- Driver's license required for radius verification of 50 miles rule compliance.
- DOT Certification preferred initially, required at extension within 90 days.
