Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures and analyze results accurately.
- Operate PET/CT and other imaging equipment confidently, ensuring optimal performance.
- Comply with safety protocols, including the use of personal radiation badges.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to the facility's artificial nails policy in all patient care departments.
Qualifications
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification via NMTCB.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Valid driver's license and compliance with the 50-mile radius rule.
- DOT certification preferred initially, required by contract extension.
- Proficient in using Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs, training available.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting is desirable.
