Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for laboring patients and postpartum moms/babies.
• Titrate and administer prescribed medications including Oxytocin and Magnesium.
• Assist in neonatal care and manage CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow vent equipment.
• Float to other units as required, providing assistance and maintaining patient safety.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes and continuity of care.
• Document patient information and manage records efficiently using MEDITECH system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with at least 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP required.
• Experience with OB Trace Vue EFM System preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Exceptional teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting with limited services.
