Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients in the emergency room with diverse medical and trauma conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes and care efficiency.
• Perform and interpret EKGs, lab draws, and other diagnostic tests as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Point Click Care (PCC).
• Manage patient flow and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required; TNCC and PALS preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips independently.
• Experience with MedSurg and knowledge of trauma level IV STEMI and Stroke Center protocols.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
