Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in home health settings.
Collaborate with healthcare team to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
Perform patient evaluations and document findings in EPIC/Oasis.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and health promotion activities.
Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards, including required COVID-19 vaccinations.
Utilize own transportation to travel to patient homes, maintaining timely visits and optimizing routes.

Qualifications

Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Experience with charting systems such as EPIC/Oasis preferred.
Open to newcomers to home health settings with adequate support.
Commitment to meet productivity standards and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
