Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced care for pediatric patients in the PICU.
Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement care plans.
Monitor patient responses and adjust care strategies as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with Cerner.
Adhere to facility protocols and guidelines, including those for safety and infection control.
Educate patients' families about care procedures and post-hospitalization plans.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or compact state license.
Minimum of 2 years experience in pediatric critical care settings.
Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
BSN preferred; ADN accepted with relevant experience.
Experience with Level I Pediatric Trauma Centers advantageous.
Proficiency with Cerner charting system preferred.
