Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to antepartum, laboring, and postpartum patients.
• Participate in safe delivery practices, including assisting with C-sections as needed.
• Administer and titrate medications such as Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin.
• Collaborate effectively with obstetricians, anesthetists, and neonatal care specialists.
• Engage in detailed monitoring of fetal and maternal health using Centricity systems.
• Ensure compliance with AWHONN guidelines, maintaining optimal staff-to-patient ratios.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Washington.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NRP preferred.
• Minimum of one year of recent Labor & Delivery experience.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting systems.
• Experience in LDRP settings with comfort in independently managing deliveries.
• Flexibility in shift scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
