Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy accurately to patients as per the treatment plan.
• Operate TrueBeam and SRS equipment for precise treatment delivery.
• Maintain safety protocols and apply isolation precautions appropriately.
• Educate patients about treatment procedures and manage care expectations.
• Document and report treatment data and patient progress to the care team.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care and treatment adjustments.

Qualifications

• ARRT (T) certification and BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of radiation therapy experience.
• Experience in adult outpatient settings with a varied patient demographic.
• Proficiency in external beam therapy and intensity-modulated radiotherapy.
• Experience with TrueBeam systems and ARIA/Varis systems preferred.
• Capability to adapt to a busy workflow and changing patient needs.
