Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy services in a Level 4 NICU for neonates and pediatric patients.
Administer treatments, perform assessments, and monitor patient progress in cooperation with clinical staff.
Ensure adherence to all facility policies and compliance with relevant regulations.
Participate in shift rotations, including weekends and holidays, to meet department needs.
Perform bronchoscopy and extubation procedures as required.
Utilize Epic charting system to document patient care in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications

Current NBRC certification and SC RCP license required.
BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are mandatory.
Two years of pediatric, neonate, and infant experience; Level 4 NICU experience required.
Previous experience with Epic charting system preferred.
RRT license must be in hand at time of start; pending licenses not accepted.
Able to meet facility floating requirements based on experience.
