Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer precise radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a radiologist.
• Collaborate with the oncology team to define patient treatment plans.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment according to established guidelines.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.
• Document and report on treatment progress and patient responses.
• Assist with the opening of new departments and orient new staff when necessary.

Qualifications

• ARRT (T) certification and BLS from AHA required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• Familiarity with TrueBeam and Varis Vision/ARIA software.
• Previous experience with adult outpatient care and specialized treatments such as IMRT.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to float between facilities and assist in multiple locations.
