Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in acute care settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate functional abilities and determine therapy goals.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment activities.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and therapy goals.
• Utilize safe patient handling techniques and equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license; compact license accepted.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in acute care preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Proficiency in Epic or similar charting systems.
• Ability to assess and treat a range of conditions including orthopedic and neurological disorders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
