Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor and delivery settings.
• Manage postpartum and nursery care with preferred experience.
• Adhere to patient ratios: Labor 1:1-2, Nursery 1:6, Postpartum 1:6, MB 1:3 couplets.
• Utilize Centricity EMR effectively for accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC), and NRP required.
• A minimum of 2 years' nursing experience in labor and delivery.
• Ability to work with varying patient ratios in relevant units.
• Capability to adapt to diverse work environments.
• Must live at least 50 miles from facility.
