Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established protocols for cardiothoracic operating room procedures, including CABG, vascular, and thoracic surgeries.
• Coordinate and oversee the flow of surgical procedures to ensure efficiency and patient safety.
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to surgical protocols and guidelines.
• Document patient care and surgical interventions using the Epic charting system.
• Participate in the on-call rotation every 3rd to 4th weekend and one to two weekday calls as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the maximum quality of care.

Qualifications

• Current SC or Multi-State Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years of CVOR experience, including CABG, vascular, and thoracic procedures.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Radiation badge required; must be provided by agency.
• Able to work flexible schedules and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
