Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit/Intermediate Care to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in various units including Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, and Oncology.
• Ensure accurate documentation using the EPIC charting system.
• Maintain patient safety and deliver effective care with a 1:3 Stepdown and 1:6 Medsurg/Tele ratio.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Comply with facility and Cuready policies, including dress code requiring Royal Blue Scrubs.
• Adapt to different units according to needs, ensuring seamless care delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license for submission and willingness to wait if required.
• Minimum 2 years' absence required for previous perm candidates.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Epic and Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Must live outside 50 miles from the facility at time of submission.
• Travel nursing and diverse unit experience preferred.
