Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - MedSurg to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care with a 6:1 ratio in an acute care setting.
• Utilize Allscripts for accurate charting and documentation.
• Provide skilled nursing care following facility protocols and professional standards.
• Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to the facility’s cancellation policy, maintaining reliability and continuity of care.
• Engage in rotating 12-hour shifts including weekends, as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Current valid Registered Nurse license to submit upon application.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating day/night shift schedule.
• Experience with Allscripts or similar charting systems preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
