Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - MRI Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, particularly for neonates and geriatric populations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment with experience in GE systems required.
• Prepare and administer contrast media while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Utilize Epic for accurate documentation and charting purposes.
• Participate in on-call rotations at least one day per week as required.

Qualifications

• Current MRI certification through ARMRIT and/or ARRT (MR).
• Connecticut MRI Technologist license is a must prior to start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI technology with recent clinical practice.
• Proficiency in performing a range of MRI scans including MRA, MRV, and spinal trauma.
• Experience in a teaching hospital or Magnet facility preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 1:30pm - 10pm, with flexibility as needed.
