Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - Mammography Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and screening mammograms utilizing Hologic equipment.
- Administer radiation safety measures and ensure patient protection.
- Float between various sites as needed, maintaining flexibility in shifting locations.
- Work collaboratively with the radiology team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed patient records through Epic charting system.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations, including universal precautions.
Qualifications
- ARRT M and ARRT R certification.
- 4 years of experience in mammography technologies.
- Experience with Hologic 3D and Siemens systems preferred.
- Active or pending state license, needs to be active prior to start date.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Adaptability to float between multiple sites.
