Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Antepartum units.
Float between units as necessary, ensuring seamless patient care.
Participate in on-call duties during low census periods.
Work every other weekend and adhere to block scheduling requirements.
Utilize Epic charting system for accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.

Qualifications

Active valid WA or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar LDRP or NICU setting.
Certification in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring.
Experience in postpartum, labor, and delivery care required.
Familiarity with Epic charting system and community hospital experience.
Ability to manage patient ratios of up to 1:4 with effective care.
