Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the stepdown unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare needs and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in PCU/IMC/Stepdown settings.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
