Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telemetry patient care, with a focus on orthopedic and surgical patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with protocols and standards.
• Monitor and interpret dysrhythmias and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, including required drips, and manage IV lines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Frequently float to different units as needed, including main campus if required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nebraska or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS, NIHSS, CPI preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
• Capability to handle telemetry equipment and manage cardiac/vasoactive drips.
• Must be nicotine-free and able to work 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period.
