Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care in the CVOR and coordinate with surgical team members.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment.
• Assist in the set-up and break-down of operating rooms for cardiac procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall wellbeing during operative procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient medical records.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• CVOR and general OR experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuing education.
