Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with radiologists to assess and analyze diagnostic images.
- Prepare radiopharmaceuticals for patient administration.
- Maintain accurate records of diagnostic procedures performed.
- Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and guidelines.
- Float to other UCSF facilities as needed to provide care.
Qualifications
- CTNM: NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification required.
- CA Certified Technologist, Nuclear Medicine license mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
- Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Training program.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
- COVID-19 Vaccine and booster required, with exceptions only for medical/religious reasons.
