Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care across all areas of the facility, including NICU, ICU, and trauma units.
• Operate and manage respiratory therapy equipment such as Airvo, PB 840 Vent, PB 980 Vent, and Respironics V-60.
• Work independently and make clinical judgments in collaboration with physicians and care teams.
• Participate in a 3-day unit-specific orientation to adapt to departmental procedures and equipment.
• Maintain records using EPIC charting system for comprehensive patient care documentation.
• Adhere to a rotating shift schedule which includes working every third weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Current ND state license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Technician.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, with RRT or CRT verification.
• Experience in NICU settings, capable of handling neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Ability to work in acute care settings, with coverage across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency areas.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Preparedness to work independently and efficiently under the facility's rotating schedule.
