Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in a Level I Trauma Center environment.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Manage emergency room operations, including patient flow and care coordination.
• Document all actions taken in accordance with facility policies.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and procedures.
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent emergency room nursing experience required.
• Level I Trauma Experience is required.
• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state licensure.
• Must be willing to work 48 hours when needed.
• Cerner Experience is preferred.
• Cannot be located within 100 miles of the facility; locational requirement strict.
