Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a Cath Lab setting, performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Collaborate with CV and Rad Techs to ensure efficient lab operation and patient care.
- Maintain patient safety and satisfaction, adhering to facility and professional care standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation, ensuring emergency coverage and flexibility.
- Utilize Cerner and Merge Hemodynamics systems for accurate documentation and patient monitoring.
- Promote continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care delivery.
Qualifications
- Current RN license and ability to work in Sacramento, CA.
- Certifications in ACLS and BLS required; NIHSS preferred.
- Scrub experience in a cardiac cath lab setting highly preferred.
- Radiation safety knowledge and badge use required.
- Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team setting.
