Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical respiratory therapy care to neonates and adults in a clinical setting.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams across varying units.
• Utilize Epic charting to maintain accurate patient records and monitor patient progress.
• Administer and manage mechanical ventilation and perform weaning as necessary.
• Perform intubation assists, extubations, and sputum specimen collection with precision.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot high-pressure alarms and other equipment issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Current WA licensure or Compact RRT license in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care respiratory therapy.
• Certification in BLS and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.
• Experience with adult critical care and emergency department interventions.
• Familiarity with a variety of respiratory equipment including BiPAP and CPAP.
• Previous travel experience in healthcare settings preferred.
