Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and record initial assessments and establish priorities according to patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
- Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention.
- Develop and implement a measurable, individualized plan of care within established time frames.
- Participate in health education and discharge planning for patients and significant others.
- Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs and evaluate care plan outcomes.
- Perform Point of Care testing procedures and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
- Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
- BLS Certification from AHA required.
- Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the age/type of patient population served.
- Adept at communicating in a clear, concise manner appropriate to the developmental age of patients.
- Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in care delivery.
