Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform as an OR Circulating RN in various surgical service lines excluding CV, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedic Surgery.
• Ensure patient safety and effective healthcare delivery through proper surgical procedures.
• Participate in minimal weekend call with a proportional rotation of late stays (usually 2-3 times/month).
• Work collaboratively with the surgical team to maintain a sterile field during procedures.
• Prepare the operating room for surgery by supplying it with the necessary equipment and supplies.
• Monitor the patient's condition during surgery and report any changes to the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OR Circulating RN.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with Trauma Level I preferred.
• Knowledge of Cerner charting system required.
• Licensed RN with TN or compact state license at the time of submission.
• References required; can be pending at the time of submittal.
