Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, adjusting treatment plans and interventions as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications, manage drips, and monitor patient responses with a focus on safety and efficacy.
• Assess and interpret telemetry data to ensure timely interventions and stable patient conditions.
• Adapt to floating across various ICUs and other departments, including stepdown and telemetry units.
• Participate in maintaining an orderly and efficient unit, supporting team needs and covering leadership roles if necessary.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing; must be licensed to practice in the state of assignment.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Proficiency in the use of the EPIC charting system is preferred.
• Ability to titrate critical drips and provide specialized care for high acuity patients.
• Flexibility to float within assigned zones and adapt to varying patient acuity levels.
