Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and provide direct care to patients in the Cath Lab and IR.
- Administer medications, including specific protocols for cardiac procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Ensure compliance with BLS and ACLS certifications and respond to emergency situations.
- Engage in continuous education and training to stay updated on the latest techniques and equipment.
- Manage patient records using EPIC Charting System and other documentation tools.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in West Virginia.
- Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
- Experience with cardiac adult procedures such as peripheral, cardiac catheterization, PCI, and device implantation.
- Familiarity with Acist injector, IABP, and IVUS preferred.
- Ability to participate in call rotation, including weekends and holidays.
