Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Float between ICU, Stepdown, and Medical-Surgical departments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR system.
• Participate in on-call duties, supporting team needs and patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of New Mexico
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Capacity to float to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical units as needed
• Understanding of ICU and Stepdown patient care ratios
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per schedule requirements
