Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse adult-geriatrics patient population, including cardiac, neuro, and surgical patients.
• Monitor and manage patient care, adhering to nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6 based on acuity.
• Float across multiple facilities within Zone 3, adapting to different unit requirements and patient needs.
• Administer medications and titrate Heparin drips as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless operation and care delivery.
• Complete documentation accurately using the EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing with the ability to submit licensure documentation.
• Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg/Tele experience required; prior neuro experience preferred.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Ability to float throughout Zone 3 and adapt to various clinical settings.
• Strong organizational skills with the flexibility to fill gaps in permanent scheduling.
• Willingness to work night shifts and meet weekend and holiday scheduling requirements.
