Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy to patients according to the established plan of care.
• Ensure radiation safety measures are adhered to at all times.
• Prepare patients for treatment, including positioning them correctly and explaining procedures.
• Monitor patient reactions to treatment and report any adverse effects.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with the oncology team to support patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Radiation Therapist.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy.
• Comprehensive understanding of radiation safety standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in operating radiation therapy equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide empathetic care.
• Prior experience in radiation therapy services preferred.
