Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult patients, including those with mixed medical/surgical and cardiac conditions.
• Titrate medications such as Heparin and Insulin as per unit protocols.
• Utilize and manage specialty equipment like Code Carts and LUCAS Machines.
• Interpret and respond to telemonitoring data effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to facilities’ dress code and safety policies, including no artificial nails.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and eligibility to work in the state.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Pass a mandatory open-book skills exam with a minimum score of 90%.
• Minimum of one-year experience in a progressive care or related unit.
• Ability to work every other weekend and rotate holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred for travel considerations.
