Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and specialized nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
• Circulate for C-section procedures and assist with emergency interventions.
• Monitor fetal development using Fetal Link and assess maternal well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including OB techs during shifts.
• Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records via Cerner.
• Ensure compliance with AWOHNN guidelines and maintain patient safety during high-risk deliveries.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of California.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications.
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification preferred.
• Experience in circulating C-section procedures.
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
