Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to laboring patients following AWHONN guidelines.
• Assist in delivery and postpartum care, managing both mother and newborn.
• Administer and titrate medications as per physician's orders.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team for holistic patient care.
• Conduct patient assessments and document using EPIC charting system.
• Operate monitoring equipment and read EFM strips accurately.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and willingness to obtain WA state licensure.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery or Nursery level 2 essential.
• Proficiency with Centricity EFM System preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with OB/Neonatologists and team members 24/7.
• Flexible to work days, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
