Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments following physician orders and established protocols.
• Perform and interpret arterial blood gas analysis to assess patient ventilation status.
• Assist in managing patients in critical care and emergency settings with advanced respiratory support techniques.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and disease management.
• Ensure accurate documentation of respiratory therapy interventions in the EPIC charting system.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and RRT; NRP preferred.
• Experience in adult critical care and emergency room environments.
• Proficient in the use of Draeger, Evita XL, LTV, Zoll, and EPIC charting systems.
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
