Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy for both NICU and adult patient populations.
• Manage and operate various respiratory therapy devices and ventilators.
• Administer respiratory medications effectively and safely.
• Interpret and act on arterial blood gas results.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Float to different units as needed, ensuring coverage across NICU and adult areas.

Qualifications

• Valid WA respiratory therapist license required.
• Minimum two years of experience in NICU and adult respiratory care.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT certifications required.
• Ability to manage high volumes of ventilated patients.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system.
• Experience with Draeger and Servo I ventilators preferred.
