Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet expectations of OneCHRISTUS Competencies in various leadership roles.
- Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process for assigned patients.
- Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided.
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
- Current BLS (AHA only) and NRP certifications required.
- Current ACLS (AHA only) required and either AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC C-EFM certifications.
- Current STABLE certification required; options include Participant, Lead, or Support Instructor.
- Current RN License in state of NM or compact state.
