Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Obtain and record initial assessments, establishing priorities according to patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends that require intervention.
Develop and implement a measurable individualized plan of care within the established time frames.
Make nursing decisions based on evaluations of patient outcomes and modify care plans as needed.
Participate in health education and discharge planning for patients and significant others.
Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
BLS, ACLS, and TNCC Certification required.
Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the age/type of patient population served.
Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care.
Communicates in a clear, concise manner appropriate to the developmental age of the patient.
