Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Endoscopy to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in endoscopy units including Pre-Op, Procedure rooms, and PACU as per unit requirements.
• Collaborate with a varied team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize Olympus Scopes, Processors, and other endoscopy equipment effectively.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in the handling and operation of medical equipment.
• Participate in on-call schedules as required by the department, ensuring availability for emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and procedural interventions in Cerner/Provation EMR system.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• At least 2 years of in-hospital endoscopy experience.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Flexibility with scheduling, not relying on block scheduling.
• Experience with pulmonary procedural techniques preferred.
• Demonstrates flexibility and self-motivation in care delivery.
