Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care and transportation for neonatal and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with transportation teams to coordinate ground transports in the Seattle area.
• Maintain and utilize transport equipment to ensure patient safety during transfers.
• Administer appropriate medications and care protocols in emergency situations.
• Float as needed to NICU, PICU, or Peds units when required.
• Follow hospital and clinical policies to uphold patient care standards.

Qualifications

• RN license with active compact licensure recognized at all Swedish facilities.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in NICU or critical care settings required.
• Current certification in BLS, NRP, and PALS is mandatory.
• Strong experience in ground transportation and patient transport.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is required.
• Preferred experience as a charge nurse or in leadership roles.
