Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy, Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy procedures to patients as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy and modify treatment regimens as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on procedures and home respiratory care.
Qualifications
- Current Nebraska Respiratory License or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
- Current certification in ACLS and BLS.
- CRT required, RRT preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, with at least 1 year in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
- Experience with Epic charting systems preferred.
- First-time travelers accepted with relevant experience.
